West Room and ZoomSunday is both the Autumnal Equinox and World Gratitude Day. The Autumnal Equinox is one of two brief moments when daylight and darkness are in equilibrium. When so much is being expressed in terms of extremes, how can we maintain our own sense of balance? Join us as we explore the symbolic nature of the equinox and engage in the spiritual practice of gratitude.
