Weddings

Whether you’re looking for a ceremony that is elegantly formal and uniquely personalized, or informally simple and short (or somewhere in-between) our minister will work with you to make sure that your wedding ceremony is exactly what you want it to be: a reflection of the uniqueness of the two of you, and a celebration of love, joy, and commitment that you and your guests will remember for many years to come. ​​

 Premarital Counseling

Premarital Counseling is available but not required.

  • Identify strength and growth areas

  • Identify and manage major stressors

  • Resolve conflict using the Ten Step Model

  • Develop a more balanced relationship

  • Explore family of origin issues

  • Establish personal, couple and family goals

  • Understand and appreciate personality differences

  • Premarital Counseling requires a number of sessions beyond the initial meeting. The number of sessions varies according to each couple’s needs.

Child Dedications

Whether you call it Baptism, Child Dedication, Naming Ceremony, Saining, or anything else, the blessing of a baby or child within a supportive community is an important way we celebrate life. Child dedication ceremonies within the context of a Sunday service are a beautiful way for the congregation to extend its covenant of care to the youngest members of the community.

If you would like a private ceremony, our minister can accommodate your needs to bless your child whether you like a traditional Christian ceremony, a pagan ceremony or a simple non-religious blessing.

Funerals and Memorial Services

We can help you give your loved one a fitting service. Ultimately, a memorial needs to meet the needs of the survivors– to mourn, to remember, to share, and simply to be together to help each other. We will work with families to craft a ceremony that will accomplish these goals in whatever way is most appropriate for each family. Whether there is lots of music or none at all, whether there is a large turnout or a very small gathering, whether many people wish to participate or the wish is for her to do all the talking, she can accommodate your needs to make a unique ceremony that will honor your loved one.
