Project Description

UUCNH – Fellowship Groups

We provide human kindness to one another as members of our church

Bocce and Giant Jenga

– Meets year round:

Come one, come all, and join us for some Bocce and Giant Jenga fun! Held the first Saturday each month from 10:30 am – noon on the side lawn between the church and Bellwood, unless the weather does not cooperate then it will be held in Friendship Hall. People can bring shareable food and drink (though it is not necessary). Check the UUCNH Community Facebook page or email Lindsay to get on the list for any updates or changes.  This is a fun, non-competitive time for beginners or the more experienced. See you soon!

Game Night

Join your fellow UUCNH-ers every 3rd Saturday at 6 p.m. to play a variety of board and tabletop games. All are welcome! While we rebuild UUCNH’s game library, please feel free to bring a game with you, as well as a snack to share. Questions? Comments? Contact Team Fun. Game on!

Quilting Group

Have rotary cutters and fabric, will travel! The Quilting Group meets each month to work on quilting projects and to share techniques with each other. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring a brown bag lunch.  Call the church office in case of bad weather or any questions contact Peggy Trevanion.

Craft Group

Meets each Thursday from 10:00am – 12:00pm in the East Room and by Zoom.

In addition to sharing our handwork projects and ideas, our members serve as a resource center for crafting information. Just as important, we support each other. We have members who are not crafters, but who love to check in and join our discussions. We also celebrate members’ birthdays.

Each year we hold two sales of hand-made items and edible goods: a two-day holiday sale in November and December, and a one-day sale in the spring. The money we raise helps fund projects not included in the church budget.  We welcome written requests for funding. Please submit them via email to craftgroup@uucnh.org or any Craft Group member.

Visitors are always welcome. Crafting is not required.
