Samhain Service
November 1 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Rev Lee Anne Washington
Samhain marks the Celtic New Year, the end of Summer, and the end of the harvest season. On this day, the Celts believe that the veil between the living and the dead is especially thin, which allows the spirits of the dead to visit the living. You are invited to bring a picture of a deceased loved one and an item that reminds you of that person for our Samhain altar; as well as one of your loved one’s favorite foods for our potluck coffee hour afterward.
