New Year, New Choices
January 5 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Each January, we often mark the beginning of a new year by resolving to make better choices. However, in doing so, we can lose sight of how elusive and privileged a sense of choice can be.
James Clarke, a long-time UU and interfaith chaplain at Pittsburgh’s Veterans Association hospital, will offer insight into chaplaincy and the empathy that he and his colleagues offer to careseekers, especially those who struggle with the moral distress and moral injury that result from a seeming absence of good choices.
All are welcome to join us in person in the West Room.
