We meet the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 11:00am-12:00pm both at the church (West Room) and virtually thru May.

This is a gentle and relaxing practice. EveryBODY welcome! Wear comfortable clothes and if tuning in virtually have a sturdy chair that supports you in good posture and won’t roll away or tip over. This practice is appropriate for any age or fitness level. Contact  Barbara Pane with any questions and feel free to invite any friends.   • Please rsvp each session if you plan to attend in person so we can have the chairs set up or contact you if class is cancelled.
