Gentle Chair Yoga

This is a gentle and relaxing practice. EveryBODY welcome! Wear comfortable clothes and if tuning in virtually have a sturdy chair that supports you in good posture and won’t roll away or tip over. - In-person+YouTube – We meet the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 11:00am-12:00pm in the West Room thru May. Please rsvp for each in-person session if you plan to attend.
- Virtual on YouTube – We also are meeting the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 11:00am-12:00pm thru May. No rsvp required.
